Dear Parents/Guardians,

Warm greetings from the Management. As we approach the Mid-Term, I would like to share some important updates with you about the following adjustment to our School Calendar for Term 3.

1) Mid-Term Test:
* We have adjusted the ongoing Mid-Term Test Timetable because of the Federal Government declaration of Friday, 6th and Monday, 9th June as Public Holidays.

2) Mid-Term Break
Our Mid-Term Break still holds as scheduled from Monday, 9th to Friday, 13th June, 2025. We hope this break will provide an opportunity for our children to relax, recharge, and spend quality time with their families.
- Academic activities will resume on Monday, 16th June, 2025.

3) PTA Meeting:
The School Management has fixed the PTA Meeting for this Session on Thursday, 26th June, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

4) Entrance Exams into JS 1 and SS 1:
The Entrance Exams into JS 1 and SS 1 classes for 2025/2026 Academic Session has been scheduled for Saturday, 28th June, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. on the College Premises.
- Admission Form is available in the College Bursary Unit at a token fee of N7,500(our Year 5 Pupils) and N10,000(others).

5) Excursion !!!
GOF International Schools management has slated Saturday, 5th July for this Term's Excursion.
- This Excursion is designed for the Boarders; meanwhile, any interested Day Pupils and Students are permitted to join.
- The price has been subsidized by the Management to N20,000 only.
- Deadline for the payment is Friday, 27th June, 2025.

6) Upgrade to Hybrid Program
We are excited to announce that our school is upgrading to a Hybrid Program, which will provide our Students and Pupils with a more flexible and personalized learning experience. The Hybrid Program will combine traditional classroom instructions with online learning, allowing our students to access a wider range of resources and learn at their own pace.

Benefits of the Hybrid Program include:
- Increased flexibility: Students and Pupils will have the opportunity to learn at their own pace and access resources online.
- Personalized learning: The Hybrid Program will allow our Educators to tailor their instructions to meet the individual needs of each Learner.
- Access to a wider range of resources: Our Students and Pupils will have access to a vast array of online resources, including videos, interactive simulations, and virtual labs.

We will be providing more information about the Hybrid Program (enrolment options and schedules) in the forthcoming PTA Meeting.
